Ronnie Littlewood, M.S.W., R.S.W., has spent the last 25 years working in the helping professions, guiding thousands of couples through life’s most tender and turbulent seasons. Her expertise spans complex issues including infertility, infidelity, addiction, and mental health struggles. But what truly sets Ronnie apart is the heart she brings to her work.
Her own upbringing was far from conventional. Raised across multiple provinces, in a series of blended families, and having attended 18 different schools, Ronnie developed an early fascination with love: what creates it, what breaks it, and most importantly, how it heals.
This lifelong curiosity evolved into a career focused on understanding attachment, trauma, and connection. Whether supporting adoptive families, teaching parenting skills, guiding reunifications, or walking couples through the aftermath of betrayal and loss, Ronnie’s mission has remained the same: to help people learn how to love each other—and themselves—with more courage, compassion, and truth.
Ronnie is trained in the PREP Method (Prevention and Relationship Enhancement Program), has completed graduate studies in Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy and Brief Solution-Focused Therapy, and holds Levels 1 and 2 of The Gottman Method. She is also an Approved Clinical Supervisor through ACT (Advanced Counselor Training).
Clients often describe Ronnie as refreshingly real, direct, deeply intuitive, with a knack for humor, energetic insight, and occasionally (tee hee,) some salty language.
Her life’s mission? To help #1MillionMarriages heal, grow, and thrive.

I am a Registered Social Worker (Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers and Ontario Association of Social Workers) with over twenty years of experience in the helping profession.
My roots are in the rural part of Lambton County. I am a third-generation settler that grew up on a dairy farm in a Catholic, conservative household. My parents are still married, and it has been inspiring to witness their bond strengthen and to watch them hug each other like it is their last hug with every year that passes. Forgiveness is one of the most important lessons I have learned from them (it is still gross to see them kiss though).
I have experience working with children, youth and families in the residential care setting, child welfare and most recently in primary and secondary education. I also have extensive training in attachment-based programming, specifically as it relates to infants, primary aged children, and their caregivers.
Throughout my work and being exposed to numerous situations including (but not limited to) inter-generational trauma, domestic violence, addiction, and poverty, I have come to the realization and deep appreciation that families come in all different shapes and sizes. It is the judgement and shame that often prevents people (and families) from getting the help that they need so that they can truly flourish in life. Rest assured; I offer a judgement-free and trauma-informed approach.
Over the years I have been committed to my own path of learning, both personally and professionally, while simultaneously working through my own challenges and changes in life. Life is a journey and I look forward to assisting your family find the best path to healing, learning and growth.
Let’s do this!
Karla
